Architectural Design Coordinator for Greater Miami Investments, Inc., in Coral Gables, Miami-Dade County, Florida:

Coordinate with local architects and designers to obtain general design and decoration estimates for custom projects as may be requested by clients as part of the overall purchasing service provided by the company.
On behalf of clients, coordinate and liaise with architects and interior designers in order to execute changes clients may want to pursue with the property they are acquiring.
Using general knowledge in architecture and design, assist real estate broker team in the selection of properties to be promoted by the company.
Assist customers in selecting the proper designers or architects for their projects according to client goals and property issues.
Working with architects and interior designers, provide functional and spatial recommendations to clients regarding newly purchased properties including suggestions with regard to materials that can be used in transforming the purchased property to their liking.
Coordinate property evaluations for real estate team in order to enhance the company's ability to promote properties, both for sale and purchase, to clients and potential clients.
Coordinate designs and suggestions provided by architects and interior designers with other trades.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Architecture. Foreign education equivalency acceptable.
Must have 2 years experience in the job offered , i.e. as an architect.

Full time - 40 hours per week.
